General Use

• Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments through UPI, debit/credit cards, and other secure gateways.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement or before they are confirmed, whichever comes first.
• Once an item has been confirmed, the order cannot be canceled.
  
  

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or printed incorrectly.
• Any such issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email at sale.aliton@gmail.com

Store Credits

• Store credits are issued when a customer chooses a credit instead of a refund for eligible return cases (e.g., defective or misprinted product).
• Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be used on future purchases from ALITON.
• It is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. 
  
• Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash or used in combination with other discount codes unless explicitly permitted.
• If a product purchased using store credit is eligible for further return (in case of defect), the refund will be reissued as store credit again.
  
  

Shipping

• Currently, we deliver only within Maharashtra, India.
• Shipping timelines typically range between 3–5 business days.
• ALITON is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other external factors.
  
  

Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, content, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of ALITON.
• Unauthorized reproduction or use of any materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
  
  

Limitation of Liability
