- Accidental orders

Exceptions – When Returns or Exchanges Are Allowed
We understand that mistakes can happen during production or shipping.
Therefore, returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The print or design is misaligned, incorrect or not as shown on the website
- A wrong item was delivered
In such cases, the issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return or exchange for a defective product, please email us at sale.aliton@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos of the issue (e.g. misprint, damage, wrong item)
- A brief explanation of the problem
Our customer service team will review your request and respond at the Earliest.
Resolution Options
Once your claim is approved, you will have the option to choose from the following:
- Full refund to your original method of payment
- Store credit of equal value, which can be used toward any future purchase (valid for a Year)

Important Notes
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items returned without prior approval or outside the 3-day window will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our return criteria or appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

Final Sale & Customized Items
All sale items, discounted items and limited-edition drops are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Additionally, any customized or personalized products are also final sale unless they arrive defective.
